Bishop Sleeve Top Sewing Pattern - True Romance

If you are anything like me, you get to this stage of year and comb through your wardrobe asking yourself "What on earth did I wear in Winter last year?"

Each year I comb through my wardrobe frantically trying to find something that is warm, but doesn't make me look like a daggy old mum.

The True Romance is perfect for those of you who find yourself with these thoughts often...please tell me I'm not on my own here.

It's plain enough to work as a casual shirt, but different enough to help you look like you are still fashionable and with it.

Merino wool jersey is one of my favourite fabrics to wear in winter.

It's lightweight but incredibly warm and layers beautifully with cardigans and coats - like my heavier weight Songbird Kimono.

I've made the shirt style version, with the subtle sleeve and an elastic finish to the sleeves.

It's simple to sew, comfortable and practical, but also stylish!

I love it.
